This CM trolley guard is a replacement protective component for 1/4 and 1/2 Ton Series 632 Close Radius Trolleys. It is designed for the compact trolley assembly used to provide manual push travel along compatible monorail beams.

The Series 632 trolley is engineered for low-headroom applications and can negotiate tight-radius curves. CM describes the trolley family as using rolled-steel construction, double-row ball-bearing wheels, pre-lubricated bearings, protective dust covers, and available cast-iron trolley guards.

Replacing a cracked, broken, excessively worn, or missing guard helps restore protection around the trolley wheel area. The guard is suited to industrial trolley repair and maintenance where the original protective component can no longer be safely reused.
