CM Lodestar Series 635 motor-driven trolleys provide powered horizontal travel for compatible Lodestar electric chain hoists operating along overhead runway beams. Each listed configuration has a 2 Ton load capacity and uses an electric drive system to move the suspended hoist and load without manual pushing or a trolley operating hand chain.

The available models include 30 FPM travel-speed configurations for either 115 or 230 V AC power and a faster 75 FPM configuration for 115 V AC power. The 30 FPM models support controlled load positioning, while the 75 FPM model is suited to applications requiring quicker movement between lifting locations. Voltage and travel speed must be matched to the facility power supply and operating requirements.

Powered trolley travel helps reduce manual handling during repetitive production, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and material-moving operations.
