CM Series 635 low-headroom manual plain trolleys are push-operated assemblies designed to provide horizontal travel for compatible lug-suspended electric chain hoists. The listed configurations include 1, 2, and 3 Ton capacities with standard and extended beam-flange adjustment ranges. The rigid mounting arrangement positions the hoist close to the trolley and supporting beam, helping preserve vertical lifting space in applications where available headroom is limited.

Steel plate side frames provide structural strength for industrial lifting service. Universal-tread hardened track wheels are designed to operate on compatible standard S-beams and flat-flanged beams, while lifetime-lubricated double-row ball bearings promote smooth trolley travel with reduced routine maintenance. The trolley moves by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load and does not require a traverse motor, control system, or hand-chain drive.

The listed models provide several beam-fitting options. The 3 Ton trolley fits beam flanges from 4 to 5-5/8 in. The 2 Ton models fit either 6 to 8-1/4 in or 3.33 to 6 in beam flanges. The 1 Ton models fit either 5.6 to 7-1/4 in or 2-5/8 to 5-5/8 in beam flanges. These options support installation on a wider variety of compatible runway beams while maintaining the low-headroom Series 635 mounting arrangement.
