Product Description

CM Series 635 manual geared trolleys provide controlled horizontal travel for compatible hoists installed on overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/8 to 3 Ton and include standard and extended beam-flange adjustment ranges. Their manual geared operation is suitable for industrial applications where more precise positioning and lower operating effort are needed than a plain push trolley can provide.

The operator moves the trolley by pulling an operating hand chain, which transfers motion through the geared travel mechanism to the trolley wheels. This arrangement allows gradual forward and reverse movement without requiring an electric traverse motor, pneumatic drive, or powered trolley controls. It is well suited to heavier loads, longer travel distances, and applications where accurately positioning the suspended load is important.

The 1/8 to 2 Ton configurations fit beam flange widths from either 3-3/8 to 5-5/8 in or 5.626 to 8-3/8 in. The 3 Ton configurations fit beam flange widths from either 4 to 6-1/4 in or 5.626 to 7-1/4 in. Each trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, suspension arrangement, runway dimensions, and required wheel clearance.
