The CM Lodestar Model JJ Electric Chain Hoist is designed for fast, repetitive industrial lifting and load-positioning applications. These single-reeved models provide a 0.5 Ton lifting capacity, a 64 FPM maximum lifting speed and a 2 hp hoist motor. Available lifting heights include 10, 15 and 20 ft.

Standard configurations use one-speed control for rapid vertical load movement. Selected 10 ft Lift models include three-step infinitely variable VFD control, allowing the operator to select reduced operating speeds for smoother starting, controlled approach and more precise final positioning. The VFD-equipped models are available for 230 or 460 VAC electrical systems.

The compact Model JJ configuration provides approximately 18.1 to 18-9/16 in minimum headroom, depending on the selected model. A 1-1/8 in hook opening is provided on the listed standard configurations. Durable Lodestar construction supports frequent use in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance and overhead material-handling environments.
