CM Powerstar manual plain trolleys are push-operated beam-travel assemblies designed for use with compatible Powerstar electric chain hoists. The listed configurations cover capacities from 2 to 15 Ton, including combination models that accommodate multiple hoist capacities. Manual travel allows the operator to move the suspended hoist and load horizontally by pushing or pulling the load, eliminating the need for a trolley motor, electrical controls, or hand-chain gear drive.

The adjustable trolley design supports installation on a range of compatible American Standard beams and flat-flange beams. Machined and hardened universal-tread wheels allow operation on either beam profile, while double-row tapered roller bearings support smooth wheel movement under load. The rugged construction is intended for heavy-duty industrial lifting systems where dependable beam travel, precise beam fit, and long service life are required.

Each capacity range has a specific beam adjustment and curve requirement. The 2 Ton trolley fits 3.33 to 5-1/2 in beam flanges and negotiates a 48 in minimum-radius curve. The 3 to 6 Ton trolley fits 5 to 6-1/4 in flanges with a 66 in minimum radius. Higher-capacity models use wider beam ranges and a 120 in minimum-radius curve, including the listed 7-1/2, 9, 10, and 12 to 15 Ton configurations.
