Product Description

CM manual plain push trolleys provide manually controlled horizontal travel for compatible hoists mounted on overhead beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/4 to 3 Ton with model-specific beam flange and beam height requirements. The 3 Ton trolley fits 9 to 11 in beam flanges and a 6 in beam height, while the 1 Ton trolley fits 3 to 5 in beam flanges and a 5 in beam height.

The lower-capacity configurations include a 1/2 to 3/4 Ton trolley for 3 to 5 in beam flanges and a 5 in beam height, along with a 1/4 to 1/2 Ton trolley for 2-5/8 to 4-5/8 in beam flanges and a 4 in beam height. Each trolley must be matched to the rated capacity, suspension arrangement, and dimensions of the hoist and supporting beam.

Horizontal movement is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load. This straightforward design eliminates the need for a trolley motor, electrical controls, or a hand-chain gear drive. These trolleys are suitable for maintenance, fabrication, assembly, equipment installation, and general material-handling applications where powered beam travel is unnecessary.
