CM rigid-suspension manual plain push trolleys provide horizontal travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover capacities from 3/8 to 3 Ton and include multiple beam-flange ranges for matching different runway dimensions. Their manual push design is suited to applications where powered or hand-geared trolley travel is unnecessary.

The rigid-suspension arrangement connects a compatible hoist directly to the trolley assembly rather than using an intermediate suspension hook. This compact mounting configuration helps conserve available lifting height and provides a stable hoist-to-trolley connection. Horizontal travel is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the supporting beam.

The 3/8 Ton model fits beam flanges from 2-5/8 to 4-5/8 in and a 4 in beam height. The 1 Ton models fit either 3-3/8 to 6 in flanges with a 6 in beam height or 5-1/4 to 7-3/8 in flanges with a 5 in beam height. The 2 Ton models fit 3-3/8 to 6 in or 6-1/4 to 8-7/8 in flanges, while the 3 Ton models fit 3-3/8 to 6 in or 6-1/8 to 8-7/8 in flanges. The 2 and 3 Ton configurations are designed for a 6 in beam height.
