CM manual geared air trolleys provide controlled horizontal beam travel for compatible pneumatic hoists and suspended loads. The listed configurations cover capacities from 1/2 to 3 Ton and include multiple beam-flange ranges for matching different overhead runway dimensions. These trolleys are suitable for industrial lifting systems where controlled manual travel is preferred over a plain push trolley or powered traverse system.

The operator moves the trolley by pulling the operating hand chain, which transfers motion through the geared travel mechanism to the trolley wheels. This arrangement reduces the effort required to move a suspended load and provides gradual forward or reverse positioning. Geared travel is particularly useful for heavier loads, longer runway distances, and applications where accurately spotting equipment or materials is important.

The listed 1 Ton configurations fit either 3 to 5 in or 5-1/4 to 7-3/8 in beam flanges. The 1/2 to 3/4 Ton configuration fits 3 to 5 in flanges. The 2 Ton models fit either 3-3/8 to 6 in or 6-1/4 to 8-7/8 in flanges. The 3 Ton models fit 3-3/8 to 6 in, 6-1/8 to 8-7/8 in, or 9 to 11 in flanges. Beam-height requirements range from 5 to 7 in depending on the selected configuration.
