Product Description

The CM Powerstar 670 Weatherproof Electric Chain Hoist is designed for high-capacity industrial lifting and repetitive load positioning in demanding operating environments. These quintuple-reeved configurations provide a 15 Ton lifting capacity, a 20 ft Lift and one-speed operation.

Available configurations provide lifting speeds of 4, 5, 6 or 8 FPM. The 4 and 5 FPM models use a 5 hp hoist-duty motor, while the faster 6 and 8 FPM models use a 7-1/2 hp motor. Electrical options include 230 and 460 VAC configurations.

A dual braking system provides controlled stopping and dependable load holding. Lug suspension, plain trolley, geared trolley and motorized trolley configurations allow installation at a fixed lifting point or horizontal travel along a compatible overhead beam. Applicable trolley-mounted configurations provide approximately 47-5/16 in suspension headroom.
