Product Description: The Western S-601S Series 2.5 Ton Wire Rope Lead Block is a heavy-duty vertical-type rigging block designed for wire rope cable up to 1/2 inch in diameter in construction, industrial, marine, and general rigging applications where rope direction change and load redirection are required. Vertical-type lead blocks are configured for inline rope entry and exit, making them well suited to applications where the rope runs in a consistent vertical or near-vertical path and a compact, streamlined block profile is preferred. The S-601S Series is rated to a 2.5 Ton working load limit and is well suited to medium-duty rigging tasks requiring reliable rope guidance and load redirection in a fixed-shell block configuration.

The 8 inch steel sheave provides a solid rope bend radius for 1/2 inch wire rope, helping to manage rope fatigue and maintain rope integrity over extended service cycles.
