Product Description

Budgit standard manual push trolleys provide horizontal beam travel for compatible suspended hoists and loads. The listed configurations include 3/4, 5/6, 1, and 2 Ton capacities with model-specific beam-flange adjustment ranges. These trolleys are intended for industrial lifting systems where straightforward manual travel is preferred over an electric, pneumatic, or hand-geared trolley drive.

Horizontal movement is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the supporting runway beam. This operating arrangement requires no trolley motor, electrical controls, compressed-air supply, or separate operating hand chain. The simple push-type design is suitable for short to moderate travel distances and applications requiring occasional load positioning.

The 1 Ton configuration fits beam flanges from 3 to 5 in, while the 2 Ton configuration fits beam flanges from 3-5/8 to 6 in. The 3/4 and 5/6 Ton configurations fit beam flanges from 4 to 6-1/4 in. Each trolley must be selected according to the hoist capacity, suspension arrangement, beam dimensions, flange profile, and required wheel clearance.
