Budgit rigid-suspension manual plain push trolleys provide horizontal beam travel for compatible hoists and suspended loads. The listed configurations cover 1/2, 1, 2, and 3 Ton capacities with multiple beam-flange adjustment ranges. Their manual operating design is suitable for maintenance, fabrication, assembly, production, and general industrial material-handling applications where powered or hand-geared trolley travel is unnecessary.

The rigid-suspension arrangement connects the compatible hoist directly to the trolley assembly instead of using an intermediate suspension hook. This creates a compact hoist-and-trolley installation and can help preserve available lifting height in areas with limited overhead clearance. Each trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, rigid mounting arrangement, beam flange dimensions, and required wheel clearance.

Horizontal movement is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load along the runway beam. The 1/2 Ton configuration fits beam flanges from 2-5/8 to 4-5/8 in. The 1 Ton configurations fit flange ranges from 3 to 5 in, 5-1/4 to 7-3/8 in, or 7-1/2 to 9 in. The 2 Ton models fit 3-3/8 to 6 in or 6-1/4 to 8-7/8 in flanges, while the 3 Ton models fit 3-3/8 to 6 in, 6-1/8 to 8-7/8 in, or 9 to 11 in flanges.
