Product Description

The CM Bandit Series 6000 Air Chain Hoist is a large-frame pneumatic hoist designed for continuous-duty industrial lifting, controlled load movement and accurate positioning. The models shown provide either a 1 Ton or 2 Ton capacity with a 10 ft Lift. Available configurations include standard hook suspension and 360° rotating hook suspension, providing installation flexibility for different overhead lifting arrangements.

A multi-vane rotary air motor uses eight vanes to provide positive starting, high operating torque and responsive control. The full-flow pendant throttle allows the operator to regulate lifting and lowering movement for precise load spotting, while precision throttle valves meter the air supply for smooth operation. Additional product-family features include a mechanical Weston-style load brake, Vanguard overload protection, an internal muffler and precision-cut, heat-treated gearing.

The 1 Ton rotating-hook model provides a 30 FPM lift speed, 16-1/2 in minimum between hooks, 80 SCFM airflow requirement, 90 PSI operating pressure and a 3/4 in NPT air inlet. The standard 2 Ton hook-suspension model provides a 6 FPM lift speed and pendant throttle control. The 2 Ton rotating-hook model provides a 15 FPM lift speed, 22 in minimum between hooks, 80 SCFM airflow requirement, 90 PSI operating pressure and a 3/4 in NPT air inlet. The rotating-hook models measure 18-5/16 in long by 13 in wide.
