CM Bandit ratchet lever hoists are compact, metric-rated manual hoists designed for lifting, lowering, pulling, tensioning, and positioning loads. The listed configurations cover 3/4, 1-1/2, 3, and 6 Ton capacities with lifting heights from 5 to 20 ft. Their lightweight, portable construction is suited to industrial maintenance, construction, fabrication, equipment installation, and rigging work where dependable load control is required in confined or obstructed spaces.

An impact-resistant stamped steel housing protects the gearing, brake, and operating components during repeated use. Double-reduction gearing reduces the handle effort required at rated load, while the comfort-fit handle includes a secure rubber grip and rotates through 360 degrees for flexible operation around machinery and structural obstructions. Upper and lower forged swivel hooks feature wide throat openings and cast safety latches, allowing easier attachment to properly rated pick points while helping retain correctly seated rigging.

The easy free-chaining mechanism allows unloaded slack chain to be taken up or positioned quickly and is designed to resist accidental free chaining while the hoist is supporting a load. An enclosed Weston-type load brake helps keep the braking surfaces clean and dry while providing positive load holding and controlled positioning. Powder-coated housing surfaces, zinc-plated major components, and corrosion-resistant plated load chain support use in demanding environments. Depending on the model and production configuration, the load chain may have a zinc-plated or gold-chromate protective finish.
