CM Bandit 3/4 Ton ratchet lever hoists are compact, manually operated tools designed for lifting, lowering, pulling, tensioning, and positioning loads. Both configurations use corrosion-resistant chromate-finished load chain, a Weston-type load brake, and a handle capable of rotating through 360 degrees. The BAN075LLS configuration includes an internal load limiter, while the BAN075S is the standard configuration without the load limiter.

An impact-resistant stamped steel housing protects the internal gearing, brake, and operating components during repeated industrial use. The housing has a powder-coated finish, while zinc plating on major components provides additional corrosion protection. Double-reduction gearing minimizes the handle effort required to move the rated load, and the screwed-on rubber grip provides a secure operating surface in demanding work environments.

The free-chaining mechanism allows unloaded slack chain to be taken up or positioned quickly and is designed to resist accidental free chaining while the hoist is under load. Upper and lower hooks rotate through 360 degrees and feature wide throat openings and cast safety latches for easier attachment and secure engagement. On the load-limiter-equipped model, the handle rotates without raising an overload sufficient to damage the hoist, and a black handwheel provides quick visual identification of the load-limiter configuration.
