CM heavy-duty rigid-mount trolleys provide horizontal travel for compatible lug-suspended hoists while maintaining a compact connection between the hoist and trolley. Both listed configurations have a 2 Ton load capacity, fit beam flange widths from 4 to 6-1/4 in, and are designed for a 6 in beam height. The HGT03HA is the hand-geared configuration, while the PUT03H is the manually operated push configuration.

All-steel trolley side plates provide structural strength for industrial service. Hardened dual-tread wheels operate on ball bearings for smooth travel and are designed for compatible I-beam and wide-flange beam profiles. Lubrication fittings in the wheel axles simplify servicing, while the rigid-mount arrangement is particularly useful in low-headroom installations where the available distance below the supporting beam is limited.

The hand-geared model uses a hand-chain-operated wheel to turn a pinion that engages steel gears, providing controlled movement and more accurate load positioning. It also incorporates a chain guide for hand-chain alignment and anti-tilt rollers that help stabilize the trolley when travelling with a light load or no load. The push model travels by manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, providing a simpler option for shorter travel distances and applications that do not require geared positioning.
