The Coffing LHH Hand Chain Hoist is a compact manual lifting unit designed for construction, maintenance, contracting and general industrial material handling. This hook-mounted model has a 0.5 Ton capacity and 15 ft Lift, with a 10-1/4 in minimum distance between hooks, 15/16 in hook opening and 55 lb of hand-chain pull required to raise the rated load.

The mechanical load brake engages immediately to provide controlled lifting, secure load holding and accurate positioning. Lubricated bearings and bushings, bearing-mounted pinions and heat-treated spur gearing support smooth manual operation with minimal effort. Full-swivelling upper and lower hooks help align the hoist and load, while safety latches help retain properly seated attachments.

A stamped steel housing protects the operating mechanism in rugged working conditions while maintaining a compact, portable design. The through-hardened load chain provides strength and wear resistance, and the hoist can be dismantled with ordinary hand tools for straightforward inspection, servicing and component replacement.
