The CM Hurricane Mini 360 Hand Chain Hoist is a compact, lightweight manual lifting unit designed for portable, low-capacity lifting applications. Both products have a 1/2 Ton rated capacity, with the first model providing a 10 ft Lift and the second providing a 20 ft Lift. Manual hand-chain operation allows loads to be raised and lowered without electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic power.

A patented rotating hand-chain cover allows the operating chain to rotate through a full 360°, enabling the user to operate the hoist from virtually any direction. This design is especially useful in narrow, restricted or awkward working locations where the operator cannot stand directly beneath the hoist. The cover also guides the hand chain to support smooth movement during lifting and lowering.

The aluminum alloy construction provides a durable, portable design with anti-corrosive properties for demanding environments. A double-pawl brake system provides reliable load control, while a specially heat-treated flex hook is designed to resist breakage. The 1/2 Ton configuration uses a single load-chain strand and requires approximately 45 lb of operating effort to lift its rated load.
