Rated to a working load limit of 1 Ton, this clamp features a jaw opening range of 0 to 0.79 inches, accommodating a range of plate thicknesses within that span. It is designed for use on materials with a maximum hardness of 30 HRC (285 HV or 300 HB), covering the majority of standard structural and mild steel plate applications. A minimum working load of 20% of the maximum WLL must be maintained during use to ensure the clamping mechanism remains properly engaged and the load is held securely throughout the operation.
