The Coffing Latch Kit is a replacement hook component designed for compatible 8 and 10 Ton Coffing hoists. It restores the hook-closing mechanism when the original latch becomes worn, bent, broken or difficult to operate.

The latch closes across the hook throat to help retain properly seated rigging during lifting and load-handling operations. Replacing the latch allows an otherwise serviceable hook assembly to remain in use without replacing the complete hook.

This capacity-specific kit should be matched to the existing hook and hoist before installation.
