The Kito Lube Free Air Hoist is a 0.5-ton (500 kg) rated pneumatic chain hoist with a 10-foot lift height, hook mount suspension, and cord control operation, designed for overhead load lifting and lowering in industrial environments where compressed air is the preferred or required power source. Pneumatic hoists are well suited for hazardous locations where electric hoists present ignition risks, as well as wet, washdown, and corrosive environments where electrical equipment requires additional protection. The lube free design eliminates the requirement for internal lubrication maintenance, reducing ongoing maintenance demands and making this hoist particularly well suited for clean room, food processing, pharmaceutical, and other environments where oil contamination from hoist lubrication is not acceptable.
