Product Description

The CM manual plain trolley provides manually propelled horizontal travel for a compatible hoist and suspended load operating along an overhead runway beam. It has a 4,000 lb rated load capacity and adjusts to fit beam flange widths from 2.3 to 8.6 in, allowing installation on a broad range of compatible beam sizes.

The trolley accommodates beam heights from 6 to 24 in and can negotiate compatible runway curves with a minimum radius of 45 in. Horizontal movement is produced by manually pushing or pulling the suspended hoist and load, eliminating the need for an electric motor, pneumatic drive, powered controls, or trolley operating hand chain.

Steel wheels with a 3.15 in wheel-tread diameter provide durable contact with the runway beam. The trolley must be matched to the hoist capacity, suspension connection, beam dimensions, runway curvature, and required operating clearances.
