CM UT Series manual geared trolleys provide controlled horizontal travel for compatible suspended hoists operating along overhead runway beams. The listed configurations cover 1, 2, and 3 Ton capacities, with each model adjustable to fit beam flange widths from 2.3 to 8.6 in. Manual hand-chain operation allows the trolley and suspended load to be moved gradually in either direction without an electric or pneumatic travel motor.

The geared travel mechanism transfers movement from the operating hand chain to the trolley wheels, reducing the effort required to reposition heavier loads compared with a plain push trolley. This controlled travel arrangement is useful for longer runway distances, precise load spotting, equipment installation, maintenance, fabrication, assembly, and production applications.

The 1 Ton models fit beam heights from 5 to 24 in, negotiate a 36 in minimum-radius curve, and have a 2.36 in wheel-tread diameter. The 2 Ton models fit beam heights from 6 to 24 in, negotiate a 45 in minimum-radius curve, and have a 3.15 in wheel-tread diameter. The 3 Ton models fit beam heights from 8 to 24 in, negotiate a 55 in minimum-radius curve, and have a 4.41 in wheel-tread diameter.
