Description du produit

The Peakworks Premium Padded Full-Body Harness is a small harness rated to 310 lb, constructed from polyester webbing with aluminum hardware, designed to provide enhanced comfort and a secure fit for workers requiring small sizing in demanding work-at-height applications. Polyester webbing construction delivers excellent resistance to moisture, UV exposure, abrasion, and common industrial chemicals, ensuring reliable performance and long service life across a wide range of indoor and outdoor work environments. Aluminum hardware provides a lightweight alternative to steel hardware, reducing overall harness weight and fatigue during extended wear while maintaining the strength and durability required for fall arrest applications.

The premium padded configuration incorporates enhanced padding at key contact points including the shoulders, chest, and legs, reducing pressure and discomfort during prolonged wear and extended work shifts at height. For smaller workers, correct harness fit is especially critical — a small harness must be adjusted snugly at all contact points without excessive slack, as an improperly fitted harness can shift during a fall arrest event and fail to distribute arrest forces correctly across the worker's body. The dorsal D-ring provides the primary fall arrest attachment point and must be positioned correctly at the center of the worker's upper back between the shoulder blades before work begins, with all straps adjusted and verified before each use.

This harness must be used as part of a complete personal fall arrest system with a compatible shock-absorbing lanyard, self-retracting lifeline, or other connecting subsystem, and a suitable anchor point rated for fall arrest loads. Inspect the harness before each use for webbing wear, fraying, cuts, chemical damage, discoloration, buckle and hardware defects, and stitching integrity. Remove from service immediately if any defects are identified or if the harness has been subjected to fall arrest forces. Always follow the manufacturer's donning, adjustment, and inspection instructions and applicable fall protection regulations.

Material: Polyester webbing Aluminum hardware

Compatible With: Compatible shock-absorbing lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and rope grab devices for fall arrest Fall arrest anchor points rated for applicable loads Compatible tool lanyard attachment points (verify with Peakworks product documentation)

Uses: Full-body harness for personal fall arrest systems Construction, industrial maintenance, and general work-at-height applications for smaller workers Extended wear applications where premium padding improves comfort during long work shifts Applications requiring small sizing with lightweight aluminum hardware

Key Features: Small sizing for smaller workers 310 lb capacity rating Polyester webbing construction for moisture, UV, and abrasion resistance Aluminum hardware for reduced weight compared to steel hardware alternatives Premium padding at key contact points for enhanced comfort during extended wear Dorsal D-ring fall arrest attachment point

Note: Correct harness fit is especially critical for smaller workers — inspect and adjust all straps carefully before each use, verifying the dorsal D-ring is centered between the shoulder blades and all straps are snug and correctly positioned with no excessive slack. Always confirm the worker's total weight including tools and equipment does not exceed the 310 lb rated capacity before use. A harness that has been subjected to fall arrest forces must be removed from service immediately and must not be reused. Inspect before every use and retire from service if any damage, defect, or fall arrest event is detected.
