The Yale YAL Air Chain Hoist is a pneumatic lifting unit designed for controlled industrial material handling and accurate load positioning. This model has a 1 Ton capacity, 10 ft Lift, 23 FPM lifting speed and pendant throttle control. The pendant provides convenient one-handed operation for regulating lifting and lowering movement.

Variable-speed pneumatic operation allows movement to be adjusted from a slow approach to full operating speed for precise load spotting. An inlet-air swivel with a built-in strainer supports free movement beneath the suspension point while helping prevent debris from entering the motor. The aluminum frame and end cover provide a lightweight, portable structure suitable for demanding industrial service.

A heavy-duty shoe-type brake stops and holds the suspended load when the control is released. External adjustment screws allow the lifting and lowering speeds to be reduced, while an external brake adjustment supports proper brake response. Upper and lower limit stops help prevent excessive load-chain travel during operation.
